Andrew has done a number of projects around our home … Hard working and customer focused. We discussed a suggestion for a light above my kitchen island. Basically I have him a piece of wood and he returned with these amazing lights! Love, love them! This guy is your man for anything electrical!

Fantastic company. We partially lost power in our condo, computers turned off, lights were really dim and flashing. We thought it might have been a short from wall mounting something recently and requested PTX to send someone over. While they were on the way over we found out that the whole block had lost power and our building was on emergency generator power. PTX were really understanding and even though the electrician was almost here they cancelled the call and didn’t charge for the call out.

PTX Electric is an amazing company. Andrew is very honest and fair and takes alot of pride in his work and is always going the extra mile for his customers. Would highly recommend this company and will use him again.

From the very beginning Andrew is very responsive and very helpful. He went through every details and that just the consultation before anything else. This has made me as a customer feel ease and ensure. Comes to the installation days, Klinton arrived on time and run all the necessary checks in details. The quality of the services from the beginning to the very end is TOP notch!! We have to echo the other reviewers for this business. Totally professional and turned up on time (on a Saturday). Spoke to the business owner Andrew to arrange the install of two newly purchased ceiling fans to replace the lights in both living and family rooms. Agreed on a day & time and he said Chase would be the one to do the work on the day. He also gave us a quote based on the work to be done – which included assembling the fans before the install. Chase arrived as agreed and after being shown the fans (still in boxes) and the locations, he went to work. When finished, both fans looked and worked perfectly. The surprise was when the invoice arrived a week later – a GOOD surprise! The invoice was for significantly less than the original quote. AND customers are able to pay via eTransfer – a business that is honest, timely, technically proficient and business savvy with personable workers! What’s not to like………. Would recommend them in a heartbeat!!! Thanks Andrew and Chase……………………..ohhhhh – and the fans have made a huge difference to the airflow in the house. They are still working perfectly!

Great experience with this company. Within a day they were able to come out and help install an ac unit, with reasonable pricing. But also was able to electrical work at the same time. Very thankful for their work, professionalism and friendliness as well!

We have used PTX services at least three times in the last year. In every instance, I have found them to be professional and courteous. When they leave, they clean up at the end of the day so you would never know that repairs, etc. had taken place – except that they had! Their finished work is always of high quality. I am so glad that my son recommended PTX to me for those jobs that are beyond my husband and I to do any more.
